About Me
I'm Emilia, a 35- year old Ofsted registered nanny from Finland.
Not quite a Londoner, but have been here for a solid decade. Outgoing, outdoorsy and frankly quite active London Zoo member. I have Scandinavian approach to childcare and very familiar with the playrounds in East London area.
I speak fluent English, Finnish, conversational Swedish and dash of French.
My Experience
I an ex- nurse, with years of practical experience with children and patients, have a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from University of London, and have for the last 10 years worked as a sole charge nanny in a long term capacity in two different families.
I'm currently studying to become and re-qualify as a social services officer - but will be still available for childcare during school holiday periods. If out of term time holiday care within London is something you might be looking for, please get in touch
I have 15 years of experience working with children, and have been sole charge Nanny for the last 7 years to children ranging from newborn to 7 year old. I am able to provide excellent references from my time as a nanny and as a nurse, and have an up to date DBS check and Pediatric First Aid in accordance with my Ofsted status.
