My Experience

I have been childminding since January 2015, initially balancing it alongside my university studies. Between 2015 and 2017, I provided dedicated care for three children aged 1, 2, and 3, including overnight stays to support the family. From 2017 to 2022, I cared for two children, aged 1 and 4c fostering a strong and trusting relationship with their family, with overnight stays as needed.

Since 2018, I have successfully balanced childminding with my professional work, offering flexible and reliable care. In addition to my long-term roles, I have also provided ad-hoc childminding services within my local community.

I am primarily seeking weekend babysitting but also available for school pick up and drop offs, and occasional weekday evenings and can accommodate overnight stays if needed.

I previously held an Enhanced DBS check through my volunteering with Bookmark Reading, a children’s literacy charity. As I am no longer volunteering with the organisation, the DBS check is no longer current for a new role. I would be happy to complete a new DBS check if required.
