Our twins spent a year with Phoebe and the wonderful team at El Elyon, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a more special experience.

When choosing childcare, we were torn between a nursery and a childminder. We ultimately chose Phoebe because we wanted the twins to have a smaller, calmer and more nurturing environment — and what we found at El Elyon was the absolute best of both worlds. They had all the love, individual attention and home-from-home feeling we had hoped for, while Phoebe put an incredible amount of thought and effort into making every day exciting and enriching.

There was always something planned, from daily outings and crafts to brilliant monthly themes that made learning fun, as well as celebrating holidays and all the little milestones throughout the year. Nothing ever felt routine or simply like childcare — so much thought, creativity and love went into their days.

Most importantly, our twins were genuinely loved, known and cared for as individuals. Phoebe has poured so much love into them and really became like an aunty to them.

We feel incredibly lucky that they got to spend such an important year at El Elyon and will always be so grateful to Phoebe and the whole team. We couldn’t recommend them more highly.
