I am an Ofsted registered childminder and have an enhanced DBS (CRB) clearance with a current paediatric first aid certificate. I fully understand the importance of learning through play and appreciate each child is unique!!

As parents, leaving your child in someone else’s care is one of the biggest decisions you will ever make. We entrusted our daughter, Abi, to Phoebe when she was just over one year old, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we have ever made. She spent almost two years in Phoebe’s care, and the impact this has had on her development is immeasurable.
Abi learned so many new skills, grew in confidence, and felt truly loved and secure. Phoebe, together with Akos and Esi, cared for her as if she were their own. Abi would genuinely not be the same little girl today without their patience, encouragement, and constant support.
One thing we will always treasure is the thousands of photos Phoebe shared with us, capturing Abi’s everyday moments, milestones, and happy memories. These pictures mean so much to us and are something we will keep forever as a reminder of this very special time in her life.
Every day we left Abi knowing she was safe, happy, and surrounded by warmth and kindness, which gave us complete peace of mind as parents. We will be forever grateful to Phoebe, as well as to Akos and Esi, for everything they have done for our daughter. We cannot recommend Phoebe highly enough to any parent looking for not just a childminder, but a second family for their child.

Our son went to ElElyon from 12months to 2.5 years. He loved it, as did we.
Phoebe, together with Esi and Akos create a truly loving, safe and caring environment.
We always felt comfortable leaving our son at ElElyon. He often ran up the street in the morning excited to see his little friends, and when he returned home demanded “I want to go back to Phoebes”!
Excellent communication throughout and updates on WhatsApp including photos of the fun day had by all.
Daily trips to Lloyd park, where the children go to the playground and wider park were full of smiles.
Back at the setting Phoebe always seemed to have a fun activity planned, and would pull out all the stops for special occasions. Santa Claus even came to visit!
We most appreciated the genuine connection and love for each of the children that Phoebe exhibited.
We would be delighted to send our next child to
ElElyon.

Our son spent nearly two wonderful years with Phoebe, Akos, and Esi — from 13 months old until just before his third birthday. Not once did we have any doubt about his happiness or wellbeing. He came home each day with a big smile, full of stories, and blossomed into a confident, kind, and joyful little boy.
From our very first visit, we were struck by how happy and cared for all the children were — surrounded by warmth, cuddles, and genuine attention. We had no idea we weren’t just choosing a childminder, but joining an extended family. Ray was truly nurtured by three loving “aunties” who supported him — and us — with so much care, flexibility, and heart.
We are forever grateful for everything they’ve done for our son and our family.

We had our son with Phoebe and the rest of the team from 1-2 years of age, and I can honestly say it was the best thing we could have done for him.
As well as being a super fun environment, he’s become a loving, caring and respectful little boy thanks to their influence.

We struggled to find a childminder for the days we wanted. But when we did, who knew we were going to be so lucky!
Phoebe, Akos & Esi have been great, and so caring to our son. Putting on events for the kids for special days in the calendar (Easter, coronation etc ). Giving us daily update photos, showing how much fun he’s been having. And their location is ideal for us, great it's so close to the park, giving them a chance to have fun in the park. We always had a clear summary of what he’d done that day, what he’d eaten when we came to pick him up
Our son has had a great time there. He’s very comfortable with other kids and knows how to share and care for others, a big part of this is down to Phoebe, Akos & Esi.
We can’t recommend them enough!

We were so lucky to find Phoebe - she’s a one in a million childminder. She and her two lovely assistants are so loving and caring towards the children and so knowledgeable and interested in their development.
Each day is a new adventure with trips to the park, arts and crafts and parties to mark birthdays and holidays. There is no end to the creativity and the fun and laughter!
Our daughter was with Phoebe for almost two years and loved going there every day. Aunty Phoebe's felt more like family than childcare. I wish every child could have Phoebe as their childminder!

Our daughter spent 2 years with Phoebe, Esi and Akos, and it’s no exaggeration to say that they changed all of our lives for the better. She started at El-Elyon as a timid, lockdown baby, and has left there a confident, bright, and independent 3-year-old. She has recently started attending a preschool and all of the nursery workers have commented on her development & vocabulary, and that is in no small part due to her time with Phoebe.
For me & my husband, the reassurance that she was with people who loved and cared for her like family was beyond priceless - she always came home happy, clean, well-fed, and full of stories of what she’d been up to - and our daily update from Phoebe with photos really helped us to feel informed.
I would not hesitate to recommend El-Elyon, as we can never thank them enough for everything they did for our little Miss G.

Our son was in Phoebe, Ako and Esi’s care for 2 years since he was 10 months old, and it’s been an absolute brilliant experience.
It’s hard out there for working parents, particularly for new parents figuring out their new reality. Phoebe made it really easy, giving us frequent updates & pictures (she even caught my son’s first steps on video which I will forever cherish), super easy communication via Whatsapp, and most importantly giving the absolute best care for our child. Lots of outdoor & indoor play, lots of songs & dance, and fun activities & reading. R was there full- time, and so it became like a second home to him and he loved it.
It’s a familial environment, full of warmth, joy & laughter. The first thing I noticed when I went to visit was how happy the children were, and I can confirm that it is in fact a brilliant space run by brilliant women who truly love what they do, and it shows.
Thank you for from the bottom of our hearts Phoebe, Ako & Esi for caring for R with so much love, care & attention. So greatfull we found you 💜

Phoebe, Esi and Akos have taken care of my son for nearly 2 years and he has had the most amazing time. They create such a caring, nurturing and fun environment for the children that meant my son was excited to go on a daily basis. I was always confident in the level of care my son received and Phoebe always accommodated his additional needs.

Both of my kids started at 2020 and finished 2023. Son at age of 3 and daughter around 7 months old. Honestly best experience my both kids had. Pheobie and her team provided top child care. My kids both super happy and always call them aunties. Pheobie did so much for my autistic son. Even attended course to support him in his development and to understand him more and how to help him. Great with young babies too. My daughter was always taken care well.Definitely recommend bringing your kids here because you won't be disappointed. Your kids will have a lot fun, with messy play , outdoor activities , baking and lots of more. Each day you get feedback with photos too 😊
