Phoebe and the team at El Elyon were absolutely fantastic. From the very beginning, they cared for our daughter as if she were their own, and we feel incredibly lucky to have had them look after her. She absolutely loved going and was always so happy to be there, which gave us enormous peace of mind.

The care and support they provided went far beyond simply looking after her. They supported her through so many important stages of development, including feeding, trying new foods, using a fork and spoon, snacks, and nappy and potty training. They encouraged her independence while always being patient, kind and supportive.

We also loved the variety of activities and experiences at El Elyon. There was lots of creative and imaginative play indoors and in the garden, as well as trips to the park and opportunities to explore the natural world. The children were encouraged to have fun, be curious and learn about boundaries and kindness, while always being kept safe and secure.

As parents, the emotional support from Phoebe and the whole team was incredibly important to us too. They completely understood how difficult it can be to leave your child in someone else’s care and were so caring, reassuring and supportive throughout. The regular updates about what our daughter had been doing were also wonderful, particularly when she wasn’t able to tell us everything herself.

We are so grateful to Phoebe and the team for everything they did for our daughter. They created such a warm, happy and nurturing environment, and it was clear how much they genuinely cared about the children.

We have already recommended El Elyon to others and will continue to recommend it to anyone looking for childcare in the Walthamstow area.
