About Me

I'm married and have one daughter. I travel to all of my students and teach children from 3-11 years old.
I have been teaching for over 25 years.

My Experience

Most of my teaching experience has been in schools and I have been working as a private tutor for the last three years. I have taught all age groups and also worked as Literacy subject leader, for over ten years. I am fully Sounds-Write (a government recommended scheme for teaching pure phonics)trained and have a solid foundation in catering for children with special needs.

My Qualifications

I have a B.Ed. Honours degree and am fully trained in the phonics programme Sounds-Write.

My Availability

At the moment, I have two available slots to teach, at the times below:
Mon. 4-5pm
Tues. 5.15-6.15pm

Of course the above times may vary slightly, depending on where you live (how far I need to travel).
