About Me

With over 12 years of dedicated experience in childminding, I have had the privilege of caring for children from newborns up to 13 years old, and have also provided babysitting services for teenagers up to 16. My experience extends internationally, having cared for a 4-year-old for a week with a UK family, where I was entrusted to explore a new city together, fostering independence and adventure. I am fully First Aid trained, ensuring the safety and well-being of every child under my care is my utmost priority.

My approach balances adherence to parents' instructions with a strong emphasis on child safety. While I can implement a structured environment when needed, I believe in making time with a babysitter a special treat for children, creating a more relaxed atmosphere that makes parents' evenings away stress-free. I am passionate about engaging children in a variety of activities, from exciting outdoor adventures in gardens, parks, and wooded areas, to creative craft sessions (materials can often be provided). I encourage children to lead their play, gently guiding them and expanding their horizons without stifling their autonomy.

My strengths lie in my patience, creativity, and ability to connect with children on their level. I can easily tap into my 'inner child,' match their energy, and am unafraid to get involved, even if it means getting a little messy! I take responsibility for cleanup and enjoy encouraging children to participate, fostering a sense of teamwork and responsibility.

I offer fully flexible availability and am happy to provide emergency sitting services.
