About Me
Hello, I am an Ofsted registered childminder and a member of the Professional Association for Childcare and Early Years. I have lived in Princes Risborough for almost 26 years now. I am married and have 3 older children of my own. We also have a very spoiled cat.
I really enjoy childminding and helping children in the Early Years to learn skills for life through play, structured learning through play and every day experiences while out and about in the community.
We attend regular play groups, music sessions, playgrounds and enjoy going for picnics to local beauty spots, the woods and some national trust properties. We also go to the Bucks Goat centre, St. Tiggywinkles, the library and Tring museum which are a favourite with the children.
My Experience
I have been childminding since July 2009. I have also worked at my own children's primary school as a dinner lady for two years prior to childminding. Prior to having children of my own I worked for the Inland Revenue and Coutts bank.
My Qualifications
I have a Level 3 diploma in Home Based Childcare and I attend regular training to keep up to date with current legislation and to meet the childcare requirements.
My Availability
My opening hours are from 8am to 6pm Monday to Thursday. Full time care is offered for the under 5's (Early Years) age group.
I can pick up from St. Mary's pre-school and will consider other local preschools depending on my commitments.
I currently have vacancies for the Early Years age group from January 2024.

My Fees
- Childminding from £6.50 per hour
I charge £6.50 per hour for an Early Years space.
I am an accredited childminder and can offer the Government's 15 or 30 hours of funded education for eligible 2, 3 and 4 years olds.
I accept childcare vouchers from a range of companies. I am also registered for tax free childcare .
