I am friendly and vibrant woman who has a passion for working with children and love sharing in a child’s development; seeing them excel and flourish and knowing that you have influenced and helped them.
I am open minded, flexible and always undertaking relevant training courses to enhance personal development and use the knowledge gained to benefit my setting and the progress of the children.
My Experience
I have been a qualified teaching assistant for seven years and I have excellent experience working with children between 0-11years. Whilst working in schools I have gained a lot of experience working with age groups from age three to eleven.
In my experiences working in schools I have taken part in lots of small group work and as a result I have been able to build relationships with the children and am sensitive to their needs. I have worked well with adult in every school I have been to. I am humble and willing to be corrected when I am wrong. I have excellent communication skills, am flexible and adaptable; I find these characteristics ensure that I am able to work well with both children and adult.
As a teaching assistant I have looked after and worked with many children, including siblings and children with Special Educational Needs.
As a child-minder, I follow the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
My aim is to provide high quality, affordable childcare in a relaxed and caring home environment.
I am a big believer in encouraging children to become independent, which builds on their self-esteem and helps their development improve further.
I offer a very flexible service, accommodating earlier mornings and later evenings, school holidays, etc. I am currently opened Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm.
A2Zi Child Care is close to West Croydon station and Bedford Hall bus stop.I offer a friendly, safe, comfortable and fun environment for your child to thrive, our commitment is to give children the opportunities to develop and explore whilst in our care and endeavour to nurture their enthusiasm for new experiences along with interaction with other children.
On offer are:-
• regular trips to the park and library
Lots of picnics in the summer.
Visit to the children centre for stay and play where children get to meet other children.
We have a nice big garden with lots of exciting outdoor play opportunities including a bouncy castle, slide, little didi cars, big hoppers, ball pit and soft play. We encourage the children to get plenty of fresh air whatever the weather. We have a well-resourced playroom. play, cooking, arts and crafts, junk modelling, dressing up, stories and rhymes, jigsaws, Construction, cars and trains, super hero and role play
I follow the EYFS programme for the younger children, this can be then shown to future nurseries or reception classes so that their learning journey can continue, we also complete a statutory 2 year progress check which is also shared with you and we complete a daily diary contact book and add photos of your child.

We love Zi! It's the best nursery you'll find in the area. My daughter loves going every day and adores Zi herself. There's lots of space for the children to play and explore, with different activities each week to help them learn and develop their skills. Zi also provides meals and snacks, which is such a help for busy parents like me. Plus, the flexibility is excellent. Highly recommend!

We have been with Zi for almost a year, my child has grown so much and learnt to much. Zi has had so many activities for the children, from book authors, to visits from people in the emergency services, musicians to even Santa! Zi and her assistant Audrey have really supported my child to learn English as we speak a different language at home and she comes home now singing all the English songs and saying "tidy up". My child will be turning 2 in a few months and has benefitted from being in A2Zi childcare.
Zi has also supported me and my shift timetables, she has been flexible and always provided good communication.

Have been with A2Zi childcare for 8 years and i have not regretted my child going there. Very friendly, respectful, kind, clean, care. amazing staff and A2zi Loves being in their role. All the children are always happy whenever I’m collecting my child. I was completely impressed with the professionalism and constantly outstanding exceeding my expectations. My child has learnt so much from being. I would definitely recommend this child care

I have known Zi for 6 months now since my child joined her care and this has been the best decision I have ever made. She loves our kids like her own and she treats all of them the same. She is their 2nd mum and she loves to see all of them progress in life. Everyday is full of fun at her house and my daughter always looking forward to go there. She has learnt so much within the 6 months and she improved in everything. They support the children with potty training and my baby was able to complete this within 2 weeks, all because of their support towards each child. She is very flexible and works very well with parents. She always has time to chat in case you have any concern. I trust Zi with my child and every time I drop her I just feel at peace knowing my baby is in good safe hands and care. Thank you so much Zi and to all your staff.

We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to Nozipho at A2Z for the excellent care and support provided to our twins. As they are now leaving, we wanted to share how positive our experience has been.
Nozipho has been kind, patient, and attentive, always taking the time to understand our children’s individual needs. Our twins have grown in confidence, communication, and independence during their time at A2Z, and it has been reassuring to know they were cared for in a safe and nurturing environment.
Communication with us as parents has always been clear and supportive, and we truly appreciate the dedication, encouragement, and warmth shown to our children every day.

I am so happy with Zi and the nursery she created.
My son is Autistic and non-verbal. The space he is in helps him with his regulation and enjoyment. Zi has a big space where he can run around and explore. She provided maybe toys, play activities and educational material that he enjoyed. In addition she has a big garden that is perfect for him to be in an open space and enjoy the big trampoline she has set there.
Zi provided food and outside trips for the kids.
Zi is kind, attentive to yours and kids needs and flexible. It was very smooth liaising with her.
I am so happy to have found her and I am able to send my son there when I need childcare.

My little one started off by A2Zi childcare at 17months old and within a few months of being there I noticed great improvements in my child’s learning and development skills compared to my previous experience with two different childminders. Aunty Zi cannot be praised enough for the effort and great attention to detail in aiding my little one to achieve basic early years skills. Due to the nature of my profession I would sometime have to drop off my little one as early as 630 am and collect late evening. I knew i never had to worry about my little one after drop off because Aunty Zi always kept me updated on all activities my little one was involved in and how the day was going. I always felt reassured that my little one was in safe hands considering my long working hours. Aunty Zi is 100% reliable and flexible and I will keep using her services as long as I am living in Croydon. Simply the best childminder in Croydon! Please use her services you will not regret your decision!

Zi childminder is the best aunt in the world ... my child can't imagine a day without aunt Zi . aunt Zi provides my daughter with everything I could ask for ... the best care and fun and learning . I got there on the recommendation of my friend and I wouldn't trade this place for any other . thank you Zi for everything You doing for us ❤️🙏
