Melissa has looked after our daughter since she was 11 months old, and she is now 4½ years old. From the very beginning, our daughter has loved going to Melissa’s house, and it has truly become like one big extended family.
Over the years, she has made wonderful progress across all areas of her development. She comes home every day smiling, excited to tell us about her adventures and the fun she has had, whether that’s trips to the zoo, the farm, local National Trust properties, or the splash park.
For the past year, Melissa has also managed our daughter’s school pick-ups and drop-offs, and every transition has been completely seamless.
As a family, we absolutely adore Melissa. She provides a safe, loving, and nurturing environment where children can truly thrive. We have complete confidence that our daughter is cared for, supported, and encouraged every day, and we couldn’t be more grateful for everything Melissa has done for our family.
