About Me
Hi, my name is Joanna and I am a qualified Ofsted registered Childminder , DBS checked with 30 years experience in childcare settings.
I have a son who is 16 year old and i have a 10 year old dog ( dachshund) who grew up with my son.
My husband is working in the city and fully supports me with fulfilling my career in becoming a childminder. Our home language is English, my husband is from South Africa and I'm from Poland.
We are living in Raynes Park(Taunton Avenue) in 2 bedroom house with a large garden. House is located next to a park. In the our garden also we have seperate building which we prepared as a play room and a class room for the children.
I am very enthusiastic, full of energy and ideas person. I love children that is why all my life working and looking after them. I enjoy an active lifestyle, every day I ride my bicycle and with my son love spending time in the open air. I love all art & craft activity, messy play, cooking, baking and exploring new things and all this I would like to provide to the children. As childhood is the most important stage of our lives, my children will have fun, feel secure and grow as an independent little person.
My Experience
I'm a fully qualified teacher and have worked in variety of positions within the Education sector over the past few years. I worked as a Class Teacher but as well as a Nursery manager, speech therapist and Nursery Nurse in Poland.
I was nanny for 3 years in London and for 8.5 years I worked as a Nursery Teacher and Room Leader in the Day Care and Nursery school in London.
My Qualifications
Attaining QTS, from GTC, with exemption from the requirements to serve a statutory induction period
Pedagogical University of the Association for Adult Education in Warsaw, specialisation: Integrated early-school education with elements of pre-school education and speech therapy, M.A. degree

My Availability
Mon-Thu 8am-5:30pm ( extra hours negotiable)
My Fees
- Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
- Childminding from £8.50 per hour
