About Me
Hi, I’m Alex. I’m 32 years old and originally from Farnham, although my husband and I moved to Bordon 4 years ago after buying our family home. We have two lovely children aged 6 and 9.
I have over 10 years of experience working as a private nanny and babysitter, and for the past 5 years I have been working within a school supporting children with SEN. Working with children is something I genuinely love, and I pride myself on being caring, reliable, organised and fun.
Now that my own children are older, I am looking to return to a nanny role. I enjoy creating a safe, happy and engaging environment for children, whether that’s through outdoor adventures, arts and crafts, baking, cooking healthy meals, or fun day trips and activities.
As a family we love spending time outdoors, going for walks and making the most of local days out. During school holidays, my two children would be with me.
My Experience
I started my career as a Dental nurse in a children’s orthodontist, I went on to Private Nanny as I believe that spending time with children and involving them in activities is essential in their development.
I have worked with children from Newborn to Teenagers over the last 10 years and have lots of experience with Toddlers and Primary school curriculum and happy to assist with homework, learning and development.
I have been a private Nanny full time for over 7 years with one family and have been with my current role in a school for 5 years.
I take my own car to work and have a clean driving license.
I take the children on days out in the holidays and meet up for play dates with friends and other Nanny’s.
I am very flexible and understand that sometimes work can be busy so I’m always reasonable with staying late or babysitting with not a lot of notice.
My Qualifications
OFSTED registered and except vouchers.
DBS checked
First aid trained
I have a clean full UK driving License.
My Availability
Mainly 9am- 2pm but happy to negotiate on early mornings and late evenings.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £13.50 per hour
- Nannying from £14.00 per hour (net)
My fees are £14ph
