Hi families,
My name is Stacey, I'm 34 years old and have 9+ years experience working with babies/children.
I consider myself to be a super fun nanny who is extremely caring, responsible, and trustworthy.
A little of my experiences:
I worked as a nursery assistant in a private nursery for 4 years, but due to covid-19, I was unfortunately made redundant. During this time, I covered all rooms from the baby room (3 months+), toddler room (18 months+), and pre-school room (2.5 years+). Whilst at the nursery, I had safeguard training (very important when working with early years children), first aid, and outdoor play activity training.
I then ventured to nannying fully and have gained great experience having sole charge and made lots of great relationships with the children I have cared for and their families. During my time working in childcare, I have cared for babies, toddlers, pre-school, and on occasions teenagers. I enjoy helping children develop mentally and emotionally in all areas of development.
I find learning more fun in play and exploring the outdoors, taking trips to the farm, playgrounds, and playgroups. I find socialising children from a young age helps their confidence to grow and prepare them for their next stages in life.
I hold a clean driving licence and have my own car, enhanced DBS (on the updated system), paediatric first aid (12 hours), and a SEN diploma certificate.
A little about me:
I am also a mummy to two beautiful children (boy 13 & girl 11 years old). They are sadly not babies anymore (hitting the teen/ pre-teen hormone stages). I've always been maternal, and being a mum helps with my compassionate/nurturing side. I enjoy the weekends spent with family, having dinner out and movie nights in. Very easy-going family and enjoy chill time together.
I love animals and have a funny little Frenchie and a loving old cat. So happy if you have pets at home!
Recently moved to Harlow, Essex from Hackney, London, but also happy to still commute and work in or around both Hackney and Harlow areas.

My Experience
Duties included sole care of the children, bottle feeding, nappy changing, light cooking, pick up from school, after school activities, homework, bathing and bedtimes. Whilst having fun at local parks. Taking the children on outings, trips to the farm and zoo's and many more!
