Hello
My names Amy i'm an Ofsted registered childminder. I Have been childminding for the past 8 years. Before becoming a childminder i worked as a play assistant at Kiddi Caru Day Nursery with children aged 3 months - 5yrs.
We are a Family of 4, Me and my husband and our 2 children Aged 10 and 17 We also have our loving family pet Arlo who is a 4 year old cocker spaniel. He has been raised around children and is a big part of our family in the setting, the children adore him and he adores them.
I offer childcare Monday to Friday EYFS only.
My Experience
I've previously worked in a nursery setting looking after large groups of children. I have experience of setting and planning different fun activities, also day to day routines like meal times, sleep routines and toilet training.
I also have worked as a childminders assistant this helped me apply my skills and knowledge working in a nursery into a home setting.
Being a mum has also given me a lot of experience with children and i know how important it is to make children feel happy, safe, loved and cared for.
My Qualifications
I Have completed the local authority Childminding Course.
I hold a paediatric first aid.
