About Me

Hello :)
My name is Laura. I am a 33 year old mummy to my lovely 11 year old son.
I have over 15 years experience within the childcare sector ranging from school work to sole charge nanny and supervisory roles in private sector nurseries.

I am qualified in NVQ level 3 childcare & I am currently in my last year of uni studying primary education. I am very passionate about my career and the caring and nurturing aspect I can provide to children whilst helping them to develop in all of the areas of learning using fun and stimulating activities and games.

I had a sole charge nanny position with a family looking after 2 lovely boys in the Islington area for around 4 years. I hold a full clean driving license UK as well as my own car.

I currently work in a 2year old room within a primary school in the mornings but am looking for a few hours extra work in the afternoons or some regular babysitting, or even a full time nanny job again if the right opportunity arises.

My Experience

I have 15 years experience in the childcare sector and have had held a post with a lovely family where I was their sole charge nanny for 2 lovely little boys who have now turnt into great family friends.

I have also been a supervisor is different private sector nurseries and working with babies from 4months old to 5 years.

I have worked as a room leader in a babyroom and a room leader in a toddler room working with children 18months to 3 years

I currently work in a 2 year old school setting within a school whilst studying for my degree in primary education

My Qualifications

I hold an NVQ level 3 in childcare & am currently about to start my last year of uni

My Availability

I am available 5 days a week afternoons/evenings only as I work in the mornings
