I have been a registered childminder since 6 May 2010. I have an enhanced DBS check (previously CRB) and am fully registered and approved by Ofsted to care for children in my own home.
- Funded childcare for eligible working families with children from 9 months old.
- Funded childcare for eligible working families with 2-year-olds.
- Funded childcare for eligible 2-year-olds.
- Universal funded childcare for all 3 and 4-year-olds, with additional 15 funded hours available for eligible working families.
- Term-time only.
My priority is the safety and wellbeing of every child in my care.
I encourage good behaviour, independence and confidence, while teaching children good manners, how to take turns, share and respect others.
I live with my husband, Grant, and our two children, Simon and Nicole.
I live in a house with a dedicated playroom filled with a wide range of educational toys, books, games and equipment suitable for the children I care for. My secure, enclosed garden includes a slide, water and sand table, ride-on car and sandpit. We are also within walking distance of a large park with a playground, the beach, the children's centre and local shops.
I have been a childminder since May 2010 and care for children from 6 months babies up to 8 years old. Every child in my care enjoys a range of fun, stimulating and educational activities suited to their age and stage of development. These include arts and crafts, baking, messy play, music and movement, as well as regular outings to the park, library and forest. I provide a warm, welcoming home-from-home environment where children can learn, play and thrive.
As a parent myself, I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust. Having raised two children of my own has given me valuable experience that helps me provide the best possible care for every child.

My Experience
I have been a childminder since May 2010. I care for children from 6 months babies up to the age of 8 years old. Each child in my care is able to participate in a range of stimulating and educational activities appropriate for their age and stage of development. These activities include arts and crafts, baking, messy play, physical play such as music and movement. I do outings to the park, library, forest, as well as enjoying time playing in my home from home setting.
I have two children of my own, which I think is the best experience you can have!

Our son Alex has been cared by Gosia since he was 10 months old until he started school. Gosia is caring, understanding and positive person who created a warm and safe place for our son. Gosia is incredibly imaginative and artistic in the way she teaches children in her care, with fantastic indoor and outdoor activities and adventures she creates for them. Alex absolutely adored Gosia and loved spending time in her setting. We feel so lucky that Alex was able to grow and thrive in her care. Gosia was recommended to us through friends and we strongly recommend Gosia to parents who are looking for childminder in Southend-on-Sea. We will be forever grateful for her care.

I have known Gosia since February 2011 when she started caring for my daughter and son before and after school. During this time I have always found Gosia to be honest, reliable and trustworthy.
Gosia has built excellent relationship with my children and they thoroughly enjoy the time that they spend in her care. Whilst in Gosia's care they have been able to experience a wide range of activities that support their learning and development. She has shown that she is very considerate towards the needs and interests of the children in her care and has always ensured that I am fully aware they have participated in.
I have always found Gosia to be friendly, supportive, welcoming and enthusiastic in her job. She has always been very supportive and flexible with childcare arrangements, and on many occasions has been able to provide childcare at very short notice.
In my opinion, Gosia offeres a very warm and homely environment where children are able to feel secure and relaxed. I would highly recommend Gosia as a childminder. My children and I will miss her greatly
