The childminder I found is really great. My boy started when he was 2 years old. My son was very shy, introvert and does not like strangers. Adriana really did great and make him comfortable on his initial days. She seems understanding well what is the need for each individual child and engaging each individual well. At the end of every day, the childminder told how was my day, what he was doing and if there is any concerns. The childminder sent pictures for the day often. At end of each session we get reports. Before each session what is the plan was communicated well. This session with the childminder really help my boy in becoming more confident while starting nursery. I would definitely recommend the childminder, Adriana Wrzol.
