Hello! I’m Sammy, a former nanny now offering flexible babysitting and childcare in and around Pinchbeck and Spalding.
With almost 15 years of hands-on experience looking after children of all ages, I know how to keep little ones happy, safe and smiling.
I’ve worked as a full-time nanny for 7 of those years and now offer evening babysitting, overnights, weekend care and daytime care.
I hold both Certificate and Diploma in Childcare and Education (CCE, DCE). I am fully insured, with a first aid certificate and a DBS check in place.
My Experience
I have 8 years as a sole charge nanny working in shares with 2 or more children at a time aged between newborn and 7 years.
4 years in a nursery environment ages 3 months up to 4.5 year old.
My parents were respite foster carers for children with disabilities throughout my childhood. I also spent just over 2 years working in a residential collage for young adults with special needs.
My Qualifications
CACHE Certificate in Childcare and Education.
CACHE Diploma in Dhildcare and Dducation.
First aid (new paediatric to be taken in June 25)
OFTESD registered (at parents expense)
DBS checked.
Makaton level 1 Signing.
Child protection.

Sam babysat for us and was amazing! Sam did a meet and greet before which I think was brilliant and she put me at ease straight away. She charmed my toddler and had a relaxed friendly way with my bigger kids that they loved. All my kids were happy after which was great as it was their first time being babysat and told me they're happy to have Sam come back again. No better praise than happy bubbas

Sam is a wonderful, trusting, caring and calm babysitter - if i needed a nanny she'd be my number 1 choice! She has an abundance of experience which gives me so much confidence to know my daughter is in safe hands. She is the only person apart from close family who i trust to bath, and put my daughter to bed. Her approach is friendly, calm and relaxed but absolutely in control. I got lucky meeting Sam.... highly recommended!! Oh and she's an awesome baker.
