I am a middle aged woman of African descent. I am a committed Christian, a Sunday school teacher. I am married with two children a boy (9) and a girl (12). I love children both from birth to teenage.
My Experience
I have nursed many children apart from mine. I have nursed children in my extended family, and within my community. I sometimes work in a nursery and day care centre. I am a trained counsellor this helps me to get along well even with children who require special needs. I have many years experience of working with families in challenging situations. I used to teach nursery children and later high school children.
My Qualifications
I am a trained teacher with BA Communications and MA Biblical Counselling. I have SVQ3, registered with Scottish Social Services Council and PVG scheme member (children and adult).
My Availability
I am available for overnight babysitting. I am also available at various times of the day if given at least 24 hours notice. We have family car.
