About Me
Rated Outstanding by Ofsted every time we've been inspected, Little Sunbeams Childminding Service is based in Guisborough. Working from my spacious home in the Galley Hill area we are able to offer daycare and wrap around care for children from birth to 15 years. We have lots of fantastic, innovative resources both inside and outside in our large secure garden.
We keep a large supply of wellies and waterproofs so that we can enjoy outdoor play and exploring in all weathers. I have 4 children of my own and we have two dogs, a cat and three guinea pigs who are always popular! I work with a wonderful assistant and come highly recommended by parents who have used my services.
We often enjoy trips to the forest, beach, shops, playgroups and farms. We have an eight seater car and a selection of car seats to transport us all safely.
My Experience
Alongside my experience as a parent I also have 8 years experience working in both primary and secondary schools. I have experience of working with children with special needs and disabilities, especially autism. I dedicate many hours of my free time to raising standards in the early years sector by writing articles, contributing to Web content and being a member of focus groups. I am also a Childminder Mentor for the Department for Education COVID Recovery Programme.

Visits to my setting are welcome and references can be provided. I am a registered provider of free 2, 3 and 4 year old places for eligible families and accept Tax Free Childcare payments.
My Availability
I offer care Monday to Friday 7.30 am to 5.30 pm. Term time only. Places are always in very high demand so please enquire early.

My Fees
- Childminding from £6.00 per hour
£44 per day. £30 per half day This includes all meals and snacks.
From £5 before school.
£10 after school.
