Registered Childminder Job in Dinton

We are a family of 4, made up of James, my husband and our 2 boys, Joepeh aged 4 and Jude aged 6 months.
My Requirements
I'm finding it very tricky to find a babysitter/nanny or childminder that can provide the following;
I need a local person that I can drop Joseph to Dinton Preschool for 9am Mon to Thurs, so I would need to drop him off at 7.45ish.
In addition, I also need someone to look after the boys Monday to Thursday from 3.30pm/4pm until 7.7.30pm as I tutor in the evenings and Dad gets back late from work.
Both boys settle easily and go to bed at 6pm and 6.30pm, so it would just involve feeding the boys, bath and bed as well as a bed time story.
