As first-time parents hiring a 1:1 nanny, the experience can feel daunting. From the moment Yesy walked through the door, she immediately put us at ease. Her confidence, warmth, and genuine connection with our daughter made our first outing far less stressful than we had anticipated.
From that moment on, it was clear our daughter was in excellent hands and truly enjoyed Yesy’s company. She consistently kept her engaged with a variety of activities, from ballet and library trips to creative home activities. Yesy is always one step ahead, making sure our daughter had everything she needed, from changes of clothes to meals and snacks. Her willingness to prepare meals when we couldn’t was an immense help.
Although our schedule has changed and we no longer require regular childcare, we will certainly call on Yesy whenever we need support in the future. We feel so fortunate to have met her and look forward to having her around whenever needed.

Yesenia looked after my 4-year-old daughter in a professional, nurturing and caring manner.
She is able to meet all my daughters' needs.
She showered my daughter daily, clipped her nails, washed all her clothes, and made sure my daughter was always clean and fresh. Yesenia buys fresh produce and cooks healthy, wholesome food. She would always carry a home-cooked meal and snacks when she took my daughter out to ensure she wasn't hungry. She made sure my daughter was hydrated and ate enough. She did the school pick-up and drop-off and was always on time. She has a positive attitude that immidiately comforts children. She kept me updated about what school said about my daughter (uniform etc..). She made sure that my daughter was warm and even bought her (with her own money) tights, a hat, a scarf, gloves and a coat when I was away. She really notices the smallest needs a child has and takes initiative to make sure my daughter is safe and happy. Yesenia planned fun and interactive activities for my daughter daily. She took her to museums, the cinema and parks, arts and crafts and baking to ensure my daughter had enough activities to do throughout the weekends and evenings. Yesenia was also a live-in and live-out nanny for my daughter. She would make sure my daughter had her vitamins, brushed her teeth and ate all the breakfasts, lunches and dinners that she cooked for my daughter. Yesenia was able to comfort my daughter when I travelled. Yesenia sent me photos and videos of my daughter throughout the day and also video called me daily to reassure me about my daughter. Yesenia's home is every child's dream. It is a happy, colourful and child-friendly home that is close to great parks and amenities. Yesenia respected my home when she stayed with my daughter; she is also very trustworthy. I highly recommend Yesenia if you are looking for a babysitter/nanny. She goes above and beyond. She has great experience, understanding and knowledge about how to care for and educate children and meet their emotional, social, physical and educational needs. She communicates great and responds immediately. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Yesy has been with us since 2021 and has become part of our family. We will be moving back to the US this summer and are gutted to be losing her. She has been with our daughter from ages 5-8 and really has helped her grow and mature. Her role has shifted from being more play-focused to more of a mixture of school work, play, and extracurriculars; she has continuously adapted to what we and our daughter have needed. She has maintained a great balance of discipline and joy. Not only has Yesy's presence contributed to our daughter's Spanish, but she has also picked up some Italian as well. We would highly recommend Yesy to anyone looking for childcare.
