About Me

I'm Jessica, 33 years old and I live in the Hampstead Heath area.
Currently a manager in a breakfast and after school club, looking for some cleaning/housekeeping, to fill my 3 hrs during the day (10am-1pm).
I’ve been cleaning in between work, for two years and also manage an air bnb for an overseas landlord. I’m just looking for one job close to home preferably as it’s more manageable:
3 hrs per day
3/4 days between Mon-Fri.
Happy to do all household chores, including grocery shop/meal prep.
I’ve been a child practitioner for 15 years and have worked with many families, nannying/housekeeping roles.

I enjoy being out and about and planning days out! I also enjoy the ‘rainy day’, creative activities i.e baking, construction play, book making, indoor exercise, treasure hunts and arts & crafts!
I have a naturally nurturing and caring nature and I’m fair & fun but firm in my approach to routines & structure. I believe it is important to encourage children to have a well balanced praise and reward system to gain a sense of high self esteem and sense of responsibility.
Being family orientated, I welcome and encourage good manners and common courtesy, consideration for others and kind behaviour.
I believe children should be heard and involved in all that they are doing and my main focus is to teach through engaging play.
My passion for working with children came from having such a big family and good family values. I am easy going and easy to talk to, with a good sense of humour. I am reliable and trustworthy with an honest nature. Generally a very tidy person with an eye for detail, always open to extra little jobs around the house.
No specific hobbies, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, a good book and good food :)
