My name is Gemma. I have two children of my own, 8 and 11 year old boys. I'm a friendly, caring, and empathetic person who enjoys engaging with children through a variety of activities like drawing, reading, crafting, and playing games.
As a mum of boys we love the great outdoors, with our favourite hobbies being walking, den building and bushcraft. We love all things fun and active!
Working as a childcare professional has been one of the most rewarding jobs I have ever had (alongside my own children) I love to watch children learn, grow and discover the world around them. My Experience
As a childcare professional I have over 20 years experience working with all age groups. I quickly worked my way up in the industry and spent 10 years as a base room manager for the under 2's, and 1 year as a deputy manager on maternity cover, before taking time off to care for my own family.
I have since been working for an agency providing childcare cover in numerous nursery settings.
