Hello! My name is Alexsandra, I am 36 years old and a proud mother of two wonderful girls – my eldest is nearly 9 and my youngest will be turning 4 this July.

I have over 11 years of experience as a sole charge nanny, working with families mainly in the Hampton, Teddington and Kingston areas, caring for children from newborn up to 11 years old. I am happy to provide excellent references from the lovely families I have worked with over the years.

For me, nannying is much more than a job – it is truly a passion. I believe every child deserves to feel safe, heard, supported and cherished. I bring warmth, patience, consistency and fun into every day, ensuring the children in my care feel happy and secure while learning and growing.

My approach is centred around respect, rhythm and lots of play, helping children develop emotionally, socially and confidently.

I love planning fun, stimulating days for children including trips to parks, playgrounds and exploring new places. I regularly attend baby sensory classes, music groups and local playgroups, and enjoy outings to places such as Hampton Court, Bushy Park and Kew Gardens.

My Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education
• Fully qualified in Paediatric First Aid
• Fluent in English and Croatian

About My Daughters

Since they were around 5–6 months old, I have brought my daughters with me to work with the families I nanny for. This has always been a very positive experience, as they naturally build friendships with the children in my care and often help make settling in easier and more comfortable.

My eldest attends SMSP School, and my youngest will begin Collis Nursery (Pre-School) this September.

My Current Position

After 6 wonderful years, my current nanny role will be coming to an end on June 25th, so I am now looking for a new lovely family where we can create more happy memories together.

Nanny Duties

• Preparing healthy, varied meals
• Weaning support
• Encouraging independence with self-feeding and using cutlery
• Planning creative, educational activities and games
• Organising trips to playgroups, classes and local outings
• Establishing and maintaining healthy sleep routines
• Supporting children’s development and social skills
• Light child-related housekeeping
• Providing parents with daily updates and photos

I do not drive but I am very comfortable using public transport and getting children out and about for activities.
