About Me
Hello, my name is Sarah and I currently work as a Private Nanny. I have a current DBS check, a Level 2 NVQ in Childcare, Learning and Development, a Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People's Workforce and a Level 2 certificate in Playwork. I'm trained in Paedeatric First Aid, Safeguarding, Behavioural Management and Equality and Diversity amongst other things, and have 15 years experience working with children 0-12. I have experience as live in, live out, overseas, Montessori and EYFS nurseries, overseas holiday nannying and regular babysitting. I have built fantastic bonds with the children I look after and their families.
A little more about myself, I'm originally from Hampshire, so speak fluent English, and I'm able to travel. I'm friendly, professional, reliable and outgoing, and would be happy to take your child to play groups, social activities, the park, days out and so on.
I am also able to effectively plan for children, guided by the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) and ECM (Every Child Matters) framework - meaning your child's development will be considered when caring for them! I have worked with all age groups, babies, toddlers, nursery and preschool - and up to 12 years old, as their nanny, so I am used to providing stimulating activities for all ages. If you require, I am able to cook and undertake some light housework.

We asked Sarah to babysit/nanny our 2 children aged 7 months and 2. She immediately put us all at ease with her ability to play and engage with the children. She has lots of experience working in childcare and this is clear to see. She is professional, punctual, and gets on with things. I feel safe leaving my children with Sarah who is extremely capable and also fun for the children.
Overall
Sarah offered childcare at short notice and responded straight away. She was punctual and engaged well with both of my children. 8 month old and my 6 year old with additional needs. Thank You.
