Hello I'm Lauren, a qualified Norland Nanny with over 10 years of childcare experience as a nanny, qualified infant sleep consultant and mother to 2 little girls age 4 years and 18 months.
I am a efficient and highly motivated individual with a natural reliable, responsible and caring attitude. With a passion for child development, I possess valuable experiences working with children between the ages of 0-12 years in a nursery, school, and home environment. I have excellent communication, organisational and time management skills, and I have a proven ability to ensure that the highest standards of care are delivered through a broad variety of engaging and stimulating activities.
My Experience
The children and I love putting on our wellies and spending lots of time in the natural environment, here at Hummingbirds we have a free-flow indoor & outdoor play space, consisting of a mud kitchen, sand & water tray, climbing frame, den building area, vegetable garden and space to learn how to use ride on toys.
We grow our own fruit and vegetables in the garden and harvest them to use in our cooking and the children here are fortunate to go on outings daily, including trips to: local playgroups, music classes, rhyme-time & story time at the library, national trust parks, soft play and RHS Wisley gardens.
I provide healthy meals and snacks throughout the day- all of which are included in my fees. Our menu is carefully chosen to include low-sugar, home-grown and seasonal fruit/vegetables and high quality organic ingredients.
I am Ofsted registered childminder, offering tax free childcare and 15/30 hours funding for children between the age of 9 months- 4 years.

My Availability
My childminding hours are currently 7.30am- 6pm, Monday- Friday, All year round.
I am currently full, until August 2026.
I have a 3 day a week space available from September 2026- please enquire for this vacancy, or to be added to our current waitlist.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £16.00 per hour
- Childminding from £8.50 per hour
£85 a day 8am-6pm (inclusive of all homemade snacks and meals)
Early drop off available from 7.30am (extra charge)
