Looking for part time nanny and mothers help
About Me
Professional, loving family living in Budleigh Salterton, 10 minutes walk from the beach looking for a part-time/live out nanny. My husband and I have a confident and fun 12 year who is about to start secondary school. She loves singing, reading and spending time with her friends. We also have a 9
year old boy, at the local primary, a kind and friendly guy who is very into how things work and gadgets. My husband works away a lot so I’m looking for someone to help me with the family/ work juggle, whilst helping out at home and building supportive relationships with the kids.
My Requirements
We are looking for a live out, part time nanny to work with us 2 mornings a week during term time and some adhoc babysitting and holiday care. Ideal hours would be 7.30- 10.30 on a Tuesday and Thursday but can be flexible for the right person.
We would like someone kind and fun, with a gentle, child-led approach. An individual who will enjoy taking the kids out as well as quieter time at home.
My daughter is at secondary school and my son at a nearby prep. The sessions will typically consist of making breakfast, help packing bags, lunches and my son’s school drop off. The returning home for some light house work. Holiday care might involve days out, walk or park trip and some time at home with the kids. Support with homework too.
Our main priority for the time is being with the children, as well as prepping/ clearing up meals. Housework might involve tidying, washing, putting away children’s clothes, dishwasher turnover and making beds.
We have a lovely big house with lots of play space inside and a nice size garden.
The ideal candidate will...
