Nanny in Royal: Kingston Upon Thames (also available for babysitting)
My Summary
About Me
I’m a qualified teacher with a BA (Hons) in Primary Education, specialising in SEN, EYFS and KS1, as well as a Level 3 Diploma in Childcare, Health and Education. I’m also a mum of two boys, which has probably taught me just as much about children as all my qualifications combined!
I absolutely love being around children and bring lots of fun, laughter and energy to my role. Whether we’re getting messy with crafts, heading out on an adventure, making up ridiculous games, baking, exploring outdoors or simply having a good giggle, I love creating a happy environment where children feel safe, confident and completely themselves.
I’m nurturing and affectionate, but I’m also a big believer in boundaries, good manners and consistency. I use plenty of praise, encouragement and positive reinforcement — and I’m always happy to work alongside parents so that children receive consistent care between home and nanny.
Families I’ve worked with would describe me as caring, dependable, fun, organised and someone who will always go the extra mile. I have excellent references from previous families and take enormous pride in the relationships I build with both children and their parents.
Alongside regular nannying, I also offer ad hoc childcare, babysitting and overnight care, giving families a trusted and familiar pair of hands when they need a little extra support.
And when I’m not looking after children? I’m usually with my own boys and our family dog, socialising with friends and family, gardening… or reorganising a cupboard that probably didn’t need reorganising in the first place! Organisation is definitely my happy place.
Ultimately, I’m someone who genuinely loves what I do. I bring experience, warmth, reliability and a sense of fun — because childhood should involve lots of learning, but plenty of laughter too.
I look forward to hearing from you!

Natalie is a fabulous nanny. She has cared for my baby since she was 9 weeks old, and as soon as I met Natalie I warmed to her. She is capable, easy to get along with, and always has so many ideas and suggestions, from interior design and space saving tips, apps and feeding advice, to soft play recommendations for my eldest. She feels like part of the family - her boys leave video messages for my daughter, she passes on toys and clothes I might like and Iranian food her dad cooked for us when we expressed an interest in trying some, and my baby lights up when she sees her. She is brilliant at reorganising my mess of a kitchen, sorting clothes and washing, cooking family meals and generally tidying up my house, meaning I have more time for work. I highly recommend Natalie for any nannying job; she is playful and engaging with both my toddler and newborn, and clearly loves what she does!

I've recently met with Nathalie and thought she came across as a really great person. I spent lots of time talking to nathalie's references and they were full of praise for how great she is. I have not gone ahead to employ Nathalie as I am now looking for a childminder due to my personal circumstances changing. Also Nathalie is pregnant so only available until May which doesn't work for my set up. But I wanted to add a review as I think Nathalie would be a huge asset for the right family!
