Twin 5 year old Girls Nanny/Housekeeper Live in/Out
About Me
Hi I'm Anu a working Mum to twin vivacious 5 year old girls Sasha & Maya . With my husband Nelson we live in Gerrards cross (SL9) and are looking for a childcare support for school drop off and pick up times as well as before and after school activities. I'm of Indian Punjabi descent and my husband is Portuguese. We live comfortably and both have 50% WFH jobs. Our home is kitted out with all kids entertainment inside and outside to aid the carer. We live near nice parks, lovely high street, with a train station that takes 25 min to get to London Marylebone. The twins are our 3rd/4th. children My first 2 have flown the nest and fully independent. We're no strangers to childcare and have a good grip of what to expect.
We are a fun family and have supported all our previous Aupairs, Child carers with their after study/family future ambitions. Whilst being a chilled out couple as overachievers with highly busy time tables we are very organised , high energy and expect the same of our Carers.
My Requirements
We are either looking for someone who lives in close proximity of SL9, has their own car that will come and go to us before school start and pick up or 2) someone who can drive is looking to live in who will be provided with a car. Nanny will need to be fun, high energy, can use initiatve to coerce kids to activities and tidy up/bath/bed times where required. Also needs to be a natural organiser to manage pay dates, organise kids day outs etc. We have a 3rd option 3) For a full time live in carer housekeeper to keep care of the overall house to take the load off the parents. Pls share which option works for you when replying.
