Hello, my name is Ella. I am a qualified Level 3 Early Year’s practitioner working in a nursery setting.
I'm passionate about the care I provide to children. I love being outdoors and believe this is an important part of a child’s health and wellbeing. I enjoy baking, arts and crafts and love messy play activities.
My Experience
I have worked in childcare for 9 years, working with children from the age of 3 months old to 9 years old. I am able to provide high quality care and activities for the children I care for and can recognise the individual needs to be met in a secure, safe and stimulating environment. I ensure I attend to the all round daily needs of the children by enhancing their physical, intellectual, social and emotional development. I assist the children with their personal care including changing nappies, assisting with toileting and other associated welfare duties and provide the children healthy drinks, snacks and meals. I have very positive and trusting relationships with both the children and their parents.
I have many years of babysitting experience in families homes which I can provide references from if needed.

Level 3 Childcare Diploma.
SENCO trained.
