My Qualifications
I am fully qualified childcare ,holding a paediatric first aid level 3 ,full CBR, valid insurance policy for children from Morton Michel, full british driving licence no penalty points with own car, no smoker , registered in OFSTED.I am registered to receive childcare vouchers as well if my custumers wish them . I am sel-emplolyed in education and care for last 15 years in UK and currently work in Montessori School .
I have got diploma from pedagogy diploma ( graduation 2011) in education and care . I hold Montessori Teacher diploma ,Level 3 in Early Ears Education and Care as well , Valid Paediatric First Aid Course , Food Safety Hygiene level 2 Certificate , Fire Awaraness Certificate, Safeguarding Children level 2 Certificate , Health and Safety Essentials Certificate, Coronavirus Awareness Certificate.

We have no hesitation in recommending Ela who has been supporting our two boys for the last four years. This has included some educational aspects such as Montessori Teaching and the usual day and evening sitting plus an overnight session. She is enthusiastic, has a child friendly manner allowing youngsters to easily relax in her company. We leave our children in her care with the knowledge that they will be cared for and loved in the best possible way allowing us to enjoy our time out without any worries.

Ela has looked after our son for 2,5 years, since he was 3.5 years old. As we decided to homeschool him, Ela has been a very important part of his education. She is loving and caring, but also has a great sense of respect for children and listen to them as equals. She is fully Montessori trained and dedicated to the philosophy, she has used many Montessori technique with our son and he has always thoroughly enjoyed the activities and his time with Ela and gained a huge amount from it. (2 days a week for 2,5 years).
Ela always has fun and educational activities planned for the week ahead and puts a lot of thoughts and work into it.
We are moving abroad, and this is the only reason why we had to say goodbye, It has been so hard on our son, he loves her so very much. Ela has become part of our family!
You could not find a more trustworthy, loving, reliable, dedicated and generous nanny anywhere else!!!!!

Ela was our Childminder for more than 2 years, always punctual and a delight to have in the house playing with our 2 children. She made them their breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening, lovely cooking :) highly recommend.
