Worked in various childcare establishments over the years as a Nursery nurse, Room leader and Deputy supervisor of an Under 5's centre.

Feb11-Feb12 Caring for a 7 year old boy with special needs. Planning suitable activities in a safe and secure environment. Collecting him from school and cooking a healthy nutritious evening meal.Providing extra hours of care as required.
Sept11-Sept15 Nanny for a little girl of 4 years.Providing care and meeting her needs from being 6 weeks old. Planning and providing age appropriate activities and learning through play. Working closely with parents and giving guidance and support through each developmental milestone.
Jan16-Present Nanny for 3 boys. 3, 5 and 7 years old. Including school drop offs and pick ups. Providing for their individual needs and planning a range of fun activities.

Helena had been looking after our 2 boys (3 and 6) for 5 months and we cannot recommend her highly enough. Helena blended in with our family straight away being versatile with our needs. The boys settled with her very fast and were always at ease when we returned home from a tiring day. Helena is very professional and equally warm and caring. We felt we had someone we could rely on whereas the boys were enjoying creative activities and lots of fun. We are sorry that we had to let her go due to change to our working circumstances and hope we will see her again very soon.

Helena has been looking after our boys (now aged 3, 5 and 7) for the past 2 years and we could not be happier. She is caring, professional and organises lots of fun activities for the children to do such as crafts, baking, trips out, games etc and she clearly puts a lot of thought into planning the day. Our boys have a lovely relationship with her and think of her as a family member. Helena is very good at working together with parents to ensure that the best interests of the children are met. On a personal level Helena is kind and helpful. We could not wish for a better nanny and would highly recommend her.
