About Me

I have been a registered childminder for 29 years. I am married and have been for 38 years and have two children Abbie 34 years old and Jack 31 years old. I also have a Grandaughter who is 3 years old. Both my children have their own properties so no longer live at home.
I provide a warm, caring atmosphere and really a home from home place for children to enjoy.
I attend 4 toddler groups and go to the park and go out on outings in the school holidays to various fun places.
My aim is to treat all children as equals for them to have fun learning and sharing with each other and to be confident individuals. I get the little ones school ready and help them to be independent.

My Experience

My experience is the 29 years that I have been a childminder and the credit that I feel my two children are to my husband and myself.
My last inspection was January this year 2026 and Im pleased to have got a STRONG grade in all areas with the new grading that has come in.

My Fees

  • Childminding from £7.50 per hour

I charge £ 7.50 per hour for early years. This includes all meals.
£7.50 Per hour for wrap around care this includes breakfast and a cooked dinner.
I offer funded places and only charge for groups that I go to.
