I honestly can’t thank Mary enough for everything she has done for my son and our family. He has been going to Mary’s child minding services for over a year and he has honestly come on leaps and bounds, his development has been second to none. Mary is the kindest, most caring women I’ve ever met. She’s always happy to give advice and be a great support network. From the very first visit to my son’s last visit Mary was always so warm and welcoming, this put my mind at ease from the very first visit. My son adores going to Mary’s and spending time with her and his friends. Just a huge thank you again Mary for everything you have done for us. I would recommend you a million times a day. Thank you again Mary, you literally changed our life’s and we will all miss you!

absolutely amazing service provided. very welcoming and encouraging not only for my child but myself also. always keeps you informed in all ways about your child and happy to discuss strategies for any struggles. a massive part to play in my child development and has helped him develop many skills. would highly recommend

She is an absolute star!

My daughter has been going to Mary's since she was 11 months old, and it was the best decision we've ever made. Mary has been so caring, loving and patient towards all the children she is looking after. You know you find the right person when my daughter comes home happy and wanting to go back daily!

Mary looks after all the kids so well, they do dancing, reading, singing and loads other activities together. We can see how happy our daughter is when she knows she is going to Mary's that day. Except for me and my husband, Mary is the person our daughter sees most, and to her, Mary is like a family member and someone she really enjoys spending time with. I love how flexible Mary is when we needed her help and the communication we can get about our daughter throughout the day when she is there. You can always put your mind at ease when Mary is looking after your children as she is so good at what she does!

What lovely words, what can I say, yes your daughter does love being here and I love having her, she is like family and I feel like a special aunt to her, she is so inquisitive and funny and we have many laughs together throughout the day.

Children are precious and seeing them happy means the world to me.

Mary Poppins Indeed!

Look no further... you will not find a better childminder than Mary, get in touch - I promise you won't regret it!

Mary looked after my daughter Allegra 4 days per week, from 10 months old until she was 4 and only leaving for her pre-school year at Nursery.

Marys home and garden is lovely and spacious and wonderful for the kids, a complete children's haven! There is an abundance of toys and books, Mary reads and dances with the kids and they have all of her attention. On warmer days there is fun in the paddling pool!

On a personal note, my daughter absolutely loves her and treats Mary more like family that her childminder. Mary has been a huge part of our lives, and a big part of who Allegra is today. She really cares for her children and their families - Allegra leaves being part of her family, me too! We'll continue to be in Mary's life for years to come I am sure.

Our very own Mary Poppins!

Mary is absolutely amazing at what she does. She is so caring and attentive. My little boy loved spending time at her house and if I ever need a childminder again Mary will be my first port of call. I would 100% recommend Mary to anyone looking for a childminder.

An absolute star

Mary has been caring for my daughter Darcy-Leah from august last year and I couldn't be happier with the care love and support that Mary offers my daughter whilst I'm at work. It's plain to see that Mary loves all the children within her care & the children love her dearly. Darcy-leah settled in really quickly at Mary's home which is safe & secure for all the children & there's an abundance of toys for all ages to help with learning and development. Mary also has sing songs, reads storys & has an arts & crafts section where all the children can join in & organises topics depending on the time of the year. The back garden is also a kids safe haven with lots of outdoor toys to keep the children entertained & happy. Mary takes the children walks down the park & to bookbug sessions at the nursery too. Mary is more than happy to help at short notice if my hours at work change & always updates me daily on activities & how darcy-leah has been. We are so lucky to have mary in our lives she really does play a key role in darcy-leahs upbringing & I'm very much looking forward to having Mary continue caring for darcy-leah over the years to come ? ur a star much love siobhan & darcy-leah xxx

I would highly recommend Mary's services to all. My 2 young children, Robbie aged 2 and Ellie aged 1 when they started, have had a ball. I was very apprehensive to begin with as to how the kids would settle as Robbie had hardly left my side when I fell pregnant very quickly after having him, however Mary soon knocked any doubts that I had on the head! They loved her. They actually dont want to come home at the end of the day and often ask to "go see Mary". Mary has lots of space and activities to keep the kids entertained. She also takes them out to various places. There is no doubt she loves each and every child in her care. Robbie and Ellie have both come so far since being in Mary's care. I can also say that Mary has been so flexible with us also on many occasions and helped us at short notice. Once again Mary, thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything that you have did for us and welcomed my kids into your home. You have been so kind. ? xx 5 star care!

Mary Poppins has'nt got a look in!

Where do I start?.. I'm not exaggerating by saying that finding Mary has been an absolute blessing for our family. Having tried a local nursery and feeling utterly disappointed and uncomfortable with the level of care and attention my son was receiving I really felt helpless. Having made the decision to move from nursery to a childminder, I was really fortunate to have had a chance discussion with a family friend who highly recommend Mary.

From the minute Jack started with Mary (15 months at the time) I've felt I real sense of relief knowing that he was in a safe and nurturing environment. Leaving your baby is never easy but with Mary I just know that he's getting lots of love and fun all day long so it make it easier to walk away. Jack loves going to Mary's and often shouts her name at the weekends and on holidays, he gets excited when were getting ready to leave the house to go to hers - for me there is no better endorsement than that!! Mary has all the qualities I could wish for in a childminder... she's kind, caring, fun, patient, loving - as well as being reliable and understanding. We have joked that she is our very own Mary Poppins but it really does feel like we're leaving Jack with his gran - he gets the run of the house and garden (both are fabulous - lovely and comfortable and have everything a child could ever wish for!) and he gets hugs and kisses when he needs them - What more could we wish for!! I can't express enough how fortunate I feel to have found Mary, like Mary Poppins...she's perfect in every way ;o)

First class

As parents both returning to work and leaving our toddler and baby with someone other than family for the first time, it left us feeling anxious as to how it would all work out.

From first contact with Mary through to the present day, she has been first class, prompt to reply and putting you at ease with regular updates. Mary is easy to work with, friendly and accomodating, and most helpful at sorting any problems that do arise. She has a lovely, well organised home and a good big garden that is safe and secure.

Most importantly, both our boys look forward to their time with Mary, and are coming on leaps and bounds, enjoying playing and making things with the other boys and girls that attend.

Myself and my wife can wholeheartedly recommend Mary to everyone, and are grateful for the work, care, fun and love she clearly puts into it every day :-)

We all love Mary!

Mary has cared for my son and daughter for over 5 years. Both my kids and I adore Mary and consider Mary to be a family member. Mary makes every child feel at home and loved in her care. I have witnessed this with all the kids over the years! Mary regularly takes the kids to toddlers, story time, soft play and swing parks. The kids have a large play room dedicated to fun where the toys are regularly rotated to ensure kids are stimulated. The back garden is like a swing Park, full of fun for the children! Mary reads to the children every day, plays dress up and encourages the kids creative sides by encouraging them to paint and play with play do etc. Mary also likes to surprise us parents with cards the kids make us for mothers day, fathers day etc which is a lovely touch. The kids have lots of healthy snacks to chose from and a love for fruit is encouraged with them. My kids run in the door every week and don't leave without making a scene because they are having so much fun. We don't let it get to us because we are just so happy the kids love Mary and we can go to work not feeling guilty about leaving them. We have never had any problems getting in touch with Mary when she has the children and we receive regular pictures of kids having fun which is great.
If you are looking for a happy, safe and enriching environment for your kids, then I would highly recommend our lovely Mary xxx
