I am an Ofsted registered childminder
In my last inspection i was graded as good.
I have worked in childcare for many years and find it a very rewarding job. I enjoy working with different children and their families.
I can offer a friendly home environment to care and educate your child. I ensure all children have a safe, fun and stimulating time in my care. We go on various daily outings, which include local drop-ins, playgroups, parks and commons, soft play centres and libraries. I have a huge amount of toys/ equipment for all age groups to enjoy indoors and in my garden.
I provide healthy enjoyable meals and snacks for the children.
I understand that choosing childcare is difficult and it can be stressful leaving your child because of this I always offer settling in days, send home daily diary’s and keep you fully informed on your child’s day. To meet The Early Years Foundation Stage requirements I will keep an on-going learning journey about your child so we can track their progress!
My Experience
I have been childminding for 18 years and in that time have worked with age groups from 4 months to 12 years old. In this time I have had to care for a vast range of children and there families. This has led me to gain experience and skills in childcare. I hold NVQs and a BA Honours degree in childcare and education as well as all the relevant certificates for childminding such as first aid and nutrition.
My Qualifications
I have all required training and qualifications including First aid, food saftey and various childcare and child development certificates.
I also hold a BA Hons Degree in Early Years and Education.
My Availability
Due to children I currently care for starting full time school I will have a vacancies available From September 2020.
I will have a vacancies for before and after school care from St Cecilias primary school in Cheam. I will also have vacancies for children attending afternoon nursery or full day care. The vacancies are for Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5:30pm
I accept 15 or 30 hour childcare funding.
