We are looking for a kind, reliable and enthusiastic person to join our small, friendly team supporting our wonderful 17-year-old daughter in her family home near Farnham.
Our daughter is full of personality and loves music, films, stories, being outdoors, sensory activities and spending time with people who enjoy having fun and helping her get the most out of life. She thrives on one-to-one interaction and responds brilliantly to creativity, laughter and new experiences.
My Requirements
The role is Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 3pm–8pm, also we have two weekend days per month available.
You will be working alongside a supportive and experienced team, helping with activities at home and in the community, and supporting her to enjoy a happy, active and fulfilling life.
Previous experience in care, education, childcare or special needs is welcomed but not essential, as full training will be provided. We are looking for the right person rather than the perfect CV.
This is a rewarding role with excellent rates of pay, ongoing training and the opportunity to make a genuine difference to a young person's life.
