About Us
Butterfly Day Nursery has been serving Erdington, Pype Hayes, Walmley, Gravelley Hill, Castle Vale and surrounding ares with quality childcare for nearly 30 years. Even today we still stay true to our mission “to provide a happy, homely and stimulating environment in which children can thrive emotionally and educationally through planned and spontaneous activities.
Our primary aim is to nurture happy and confident children who are interested in all they see, hear and do, whilst giving them the best possible start in life.
It’s no wonder Ofsted say “Children's independence is well-promoted as they enjoy a range of carefully planned activities. Staff encourage children to become gradually accustomed to their new environment and this ensures children fell safe and secure”.
We’ve had our say, so why not come and visit us, see us and our children in action. We have an open door policy so there’s no need for appointments, simply knock and enter!

- Childcare from £40.00 per morning
- Childcare from £40.00 per afternoon
- Childcare from £60.50 per day
- Childcare from £260.00 per week
Our fees are simple with no added extra's
£265 for a full time place
£62 per day
£40 per session
Our meals are freshly prepared by a skilled chef in house, along with refreshments and snacks throughout the day.
We are also specially accredited by OFSTED to offer 15 hours free care for babies from 9 months old, 2, 3 and 4 year old children, along with the newly 30 hours funded places for parents with 3 or 4 year olds.
