A friendly and appreciative family based in Market Rasen are looking for a well-organised and professional part time Housekeeper to help in their lovely period house.
My Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role will be experienced, have high standards with excellent attention to detail. They will also need to be proactive, professional and switched on. Flexibility is welcome as well as a hard-working, energetic, humble attitude and good communication skills. The client is looking for a Housekeeper who has a history of longevity with employers.
Candidate Requirements include, but not limited to:
• High standards of cleaning and attention to detail
• Laundry and ironing
• Changing bed linen
• Dusting & care for antique furniture.
• Silver Cleaning
• Scrubbing & sanitising showers, bathtubs, toilets, countertops and sinks
• Vacuuming and cleaning carpets, doormats and rugs
• General tidying
• Stocking and maintaining an inventory of housekeeping supplies
• Reporting breakages, damages and safety issues for repairs
• Receiving visitors and showing guests around on occasion
• Trustworthy, reliable, and able to work independently
• Excellent references and Enhanced DBS check required
House: 8 Bedrooms, 5 bathrooms
Hours: 5hrs per week when not in residence – the client is flexible on how the hours are structured during the week.
Flexible hours when family in residence in school holidays. Potentially up to 15hr/ week.
Salary: Negotiable dependent on candidate
Start date: as soon as right applicant found.
