I am a very passionate child care professional, I specialise in newborn care, sleep, reflux & allergies.
I offer online support as well as in person.
I look at the family as a whole, sleep issues are never just about sleep. I help schedule the whole day including, naps for their age, feeds, awake time, activities for their brain and body development to help them be tired enough but not overtired. I discuss techniques for preparing your child for sleep so they feel safe and want to sleep instead of feeling stressed or anxious. Most importantly I help support the parents to feel confident. No cry it out, gentle techniques that work!
My Experience
I have over 18 years experience as a sleep consultant, maternity nurse, nanny and as a baby room supervisor in a nursery.
I qualified over 18 years ago and have been working in child care ever since. I have my own business where I help families struggling with sleep issues and teach healthy sleep habits from an experienced and science based back ground with care and knowledge.
I have worked with families with multiples, newborns, and more than 1 child at a time.
