About Me
My name is Linda Keir and I live in my home with my husband and three children aged (15) (11) and (8). After being made redundant from my role as HR Manager after 7 years, I decided that it was time for a change of career and embarked upon setting up my own childminding business.
After juggling childcare and work for over 10 years, I know how important it is to find quality childcare for your children. I am a member of the Scottish Childminding Association, the only association in Scotland dedicated to supporting childminders which helps me keep up to date on all relevant changes in legislation and policy relating to my business. I also attend a local childminding group which gives me the opportunity to learn from my peers.
My Experience
I have been working as a childminder since December 2015 and had a very successful Inspection from the Care Inspectorate in December 2016. In February 2020 I gained my SCQF Level 7 Social Services Children and Young People.

My Availability
I offer flexible opening hours but primarily my setting is open between 7.30am & 5.30pm Monday – Friday. If you require care outside of these hours please discuss it with me.
I currently have availability for out of school care and pre school care on either full or part time basis.
