About Me

Hi, I’m Ocean, i'm 28 years old, an experienced and caring childcare professional based in Rossendale. I currently work as an Early Years Practitioner in a nursery setting and have several years of experience caring for children from birth onwards in both nursery and home environments.

I have a BA (Hons) degree in Working with Children and Families and I am passionate about supporting children’s development, communication, confidence, and wellbeing through play, routine, and positive relationships.

I have experience supporting children with SEND, speech and language development, and children involved with social services. I understand the importance of safeguarding, patience, consistency, and creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive.

Alongside my nursery experience, I have worked as a nanny and babysitter for multiple families, supporting daily routines, school runs, homework, bedtime routines, and fun activities tailored to each child’s needs and interests.
