About Me
Hi! My name is Emma, i'm a mummy to 2 girls and little boy. I'm married to my partner/best friend.
My Children are my biggest achievements and watching them grow into the individuals/characters they are today is so rewarding.
Since i left school i have tried different professions,Hairdressing and Retail Management,and still after qualifying i didn't find it as enjoyable as being around children. I've tried working in a nursery which i thoroughly enjoyed but wanted that bit more of a challenge if i was going to take childcare up as a career.My hope is that the parents are as satisfied with my childcare as i am being involved in their child's journey through life.
I have been Childminding since January 2016. I love my Job i find it really Rewarding!
My Experience
The only experience i have is through being the best mummy i can to my 3 children.(which i think I've done a good job,hehe) I have worked in a nursery for a few months but left to further my career and train to become the childminder i am today... But when i finished i was ready to embark on my journey to look after, teach and raise every little person that comes into my care.... Exciting times, cant wait!!
My Qualifications
I'm Ofsted and Pacey registered.
I hold a pediatric first aid certificate which is regularly updated. I completed the asthma Modules aswell in that course,and passed.
I attend and complete Safeguarding courses regularly and also complete regular monthly webinars to help me keep up to date.
My Kitchen was rated 5 star/ V.Good by health and hygiene.
My Availability
My working hours are 7.30 am till 4.30pm on Mon/Tues, 5pm on Wed/Thurs and 4pm on Friday.. I do not provide meals but I will supervise Breakfast,Lunch & Dinners. I am currently dropping off and picking up at Newcroft Shepshed but am not looking at taking anymore on as im fully booked. My Fees
- Childminding from £4.00 per hour
I Charge £4 p/hr. Additional Charges are added to monthly invoice when we go on Day trips or outings. ( all outings are arranged prior to the event and consent is always requested)
My Local Schools
- I provide drop offs and pick ups at Newcroft Primary Academy
