I’m a single mother and Dawn is my right hand woman.

Excellent communication on what the children did / ate / felt during the day. Great at balancing school chores and timetables.

My four year old has grown in independence and confidence with Dawn. He has a dairy allergy and she is 100% careful with that. I never have to worry.

Brilliant & Very Reliable Nanny

Dawn is an extremely experienced, skilled, professional and reliable nanny, who has been with us for just over a year, leaving because our daughter is now in school and our son has joined her school nursery. Dawn took care of our children from ages 3.5 - 5 and 1.5 - 3 respectively - at the start she was with them 3 days a week 10 hours a day, then when our daughter started nursery, she managed nursery/school drop off, taking charge of our 2-3 year old and then collecting our 4-5 year old for after-school play and tea time.

We have had a challenging year as a family and throughout Dawn has been the model of reliability, patience, warmth and rigorous attention to the children's needs and wellbeing. I cannot overstate the importance of having someone very experienced like Dawn who is completely trustworthy, unflappable and knows exactly what to do in any situation of risk, and who spots possible problems like early-stage illness immediately. She helped us keep on top of school/nursery communications and remembering important dates.

Dawn bonded really well with our children and responded to their interests and desires. She struck a great balance between 'treating' them and the firmness needed to keep them safe and help them learn about positive social behaviours and resolving problems, in a way that was aligned with and responsive to our values.

Dawn is very thoughtful, always remembered birthdays and important occasions. She contributed a warm, calm presence to our family, sensitive also to my needs and wellbeing as a parent.

We wish Dawn all the very best for her next adventures - we know she has a huge amount to offer her next lucky family - and are sure we will stay in touch.

Just wonderful!

I was lucky enough to have Dawn look after my little one from 9 months old for almost a year (although she looked after both of us really well)! Dawn is fun, kind, organised, punctual and has so much love for my little girl. I felt totally happy leaving my daughter with Dawn when I went back to work.

I would highly recommend Dawn for any family. We are certainly missing her in ours! The only reason we stopped working together was that Dawn relocated.
