About Me
I am a 27 year old Primary School teacher from Warlingham.
I am extremely bubbly, kind and understanding.
I have worked with a variety of different children from children with SEND to children with behavioural challenges.
I have worked with children of all different ages from young babies through to year 6 children but i specialise in tutoring KS1 and KS2.
Most of my experience comes from being a teacher working with children from nursery to year 6.
I have a passion for working with children and enjoy seeing them grow and flourish.
I have an extensive knowledge of the National Curriculum and have access to various teaching resources and materials.
My Experience
I have worked as a primary school teacher for the last 4 years and have specialised in working in KS2. I have had 3 years experience as a student teacher in different school settings as well as working in SEND schools. Alongside university I worked bank shifts in a nursery and became a nanny for 2 different families. I would often do the after school pick up, homework, clubs and cooking as well as other duties. Before university I was a children’s play worker at a private independent nursery.
While at this job I went to collage where I studied educational studies and psychology.
I worked alongside my dad who is a diving teacher where I assisted in teaching and helping young children to swim and scuba drive so if you are after someone to help teach children to swim I can also offer this too although I have no qualifications for swimming instruction.
My Qualifications
I have a 2:1 degree in Primary education with Hons
I am paediatric first aid trained.
My Availability
Availability subject to change. During school term time availability is less than holidays due to full time teaching.
