About Me
Hello my name is Michaela Donovan and have been a registered childminder for nearly 25 years. Within my household there is: my husband Grant and my 2 grown up children. We also have a labourdoodle dog called Alfie who is gentle around the children and often comes out with us to the woods.I live in the central Dorking, 10 mins walk from the train station and within walking distance of the local schools and nurseries as well as toddler groups, the library and the park.
I currently pick up from St Martins School, Dorking.
My Experience
In my 25 yrs experience I have looked after many children which have then become part of my family. I like to provide a comforting caring place that the child/ren enjoy coming to. I also feel, part of my job, is to keep in regular contact with the parents of the child/ren I care for. I like to see my as a home to home.
I regularly visit the woods, national trust places, playgrounds, libraries, playgroups, soft plays, farms and many more outings. I like to get the children outside whatever the weather.
I work from 8:15 till 17:45 Monday- Thursday
