Morning Help Needed – School Run & Family Support (North Cotswolds)

We are a busy family in the North Cotswolds looking for someone kind, capable and calm to help keep our mornings running smoothly.

We have three school-age children and are looking for someone who could help with the morning routine and school run, then stay on to lend a hand around the house afterwards. This is very much a “mother’s help” style role - supporting us in keeping things ticking along.

Mornings would include helping with breakfast, uniforms and school bags, driving the children to school, then returning home to help with household tasks such as tidying the kitchen, turning over laundry, changing beds, hoovering and general tidying. There may also be the occasional evening babysitting opportunity if it suited you.

Hours:
Weekday mornings, approximately 7am–12pm (term time). We can be flexible for the right person.

We’d love someone who is:
• A confident, safe driver (full clean UK licence, over 21 for insurance purposes)
• Organised and proactive
• Warm and steady in busy family life
• Experienced with children (preferred)
• DBS checked (or happy to obtain one)

Above all, we’re hoping to find someone dependable who will feel part of our family routine and enjoy helping create calm, happy mornings.

Competitive hourly rate depending on experience.
