About Me
Hi my name is Helen, and I live with my 16 year old daughter in Fishponds. I am a level 3 qualified childcarer with a wealth of experience working with children from newborn upwards. I have spent 3 years working as a childminder, 3 years as a nursery practitioner specialising in the 0-18 month age range and I am currently working 3 days a week as a nanny for a lovely family who I have been with since August 2021. I am available for evening babysitting on Friday and Saturday nights.
My Experience
I am currently working as a nanny looking after 3 children and have been with the same family since 2021.
Before becoming a nanny I worked as a nursery practitioner at Woodlands nursery specialising in the 0-18mth age range. Previous to that, I worked as an Ofsted registered childminder for 3 years, looking after children from 11 months to 9 years within my own home.
I brought my daughter up as a lone parent from birth and was a stay at home Mum for 6 of those years.

Helen was our childminder for our daughter from 9 months to 3 1/2 years, and we only have positive things to say. Our daughter genuinely loved going to Helen's, she learned something new every day it seemed, and grew in confidence all the time. The childcare setting is really clean and tidy, and really welcoming, full of toys appropriate for many ages. I couldn't recommend Helen highly enough!
