My name is Silvia, and I am a reliable, honest, and friendly person with a strong sense of responsibility.
I have several years of childcare experience, including working as an au pair in Majorca for three seasons. I cared for a boy from age four and later his newborn sibling from 3 weeks old. I have also worked with different families, caring for children from newborns to teenagers.
I enjoy an active lifestyle, including football, walking, and running, and I like creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment for children.
Although I do not hold formal childcare qualifications, I have strong hands-on experience and a genuine passion for childcare. I am currently available for part-time or occasional work and am happy to travel within a reasonable distance.
My Experience
I worked in Majorca for three seasons with the same family who have two children. I started when their eldest was nearly five, supporting with daily care such as playing, football training, going for walks and to the park, and preparing simple meals.
When I returned for my second stay, their baby was just 3 weeks old. I helped with newborn care, light housework, and spent time with both children, including caring for the older child while the baby slept. On my third stay, the younger child was around 1.5 years old, and I focused on engaging both children through age-appropriate play and activities.
I occasionally stay in touch with this family and have a positive relationship with them.
After this, I worked with three different families in Spain. One had a 5-year-old boy and a 13-year-old girl, another had two girls aged 6 and 8, and the last had a 6-year-old girl.
I have been involved in my sister’s children’s lives since birth, helping with their care and spending time with them regularly. I currently assist occasionally when needed.

My Qualifications
As mentioned above, I do not have formal qualifications or certificates, but I have extensive hands-on experience with children of different ages.
I understand that it can feel stressful leaving your little ones with someone new, but I can assure you they will be in safe and caring hands with me.

My Availability
My availability is mainly weekends or weekdays after 10am. However, I am flexible and will always do my best to accommodate evening or overnight babysitting when needed.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
My fees are flexible and reflect the level of care required, hours, and responsibilities. I am open to discussing rates with each family individually.
