To say Rho became part of the family would be an understatement. From the first day she created strong, meaningful relationships with both our children. She knows them both so well, as individuals, she understands them and works so hard at understanding them. She is creative, adventurous, and hardworking. She cares about the things that really matter: play, community, openness, security, exploration and fun! And her food is amazing--she introduced us to tons of great dishes. She is massively insightful about child development and psychology and chatting to her about these topics is a joy. We just love her!!

Rho has been a fantastic nanny to our two children (5 and 2 years old). It was our first time employing a nanny and we feel very lucky to have found her. The kids love her - she is on their wavelength and is great at keeping them entertained. She’s obviously passionate about children and really cares about their development. She is also great fitting around our busy family life and cooks lovely healthy food. Our dog loves her too. All in all, we would not hesitate to recommend Rho and are happy to chat to any families considering employing her!
